Is MaxAI live?
Yes. MaxAI has a live console, OpenAI-compatible /v1 API, QRIS payment flow, and MiMo v2.5 Pro model access.
Are the other products ready?
Some are service-led or coming soon. They are displayed intentionally so buyers understand the full MaximaLabs direction.
How do payments work?
MaxAI uses Pakasir QRIS. After payment, the order is verified and API key/quota delivery is handled automatically or manually.
What if my key does not appear?
Use /success with your order ID. If not found, use /support and include payment proof.
Can I use OpenAI SDKs?
Yes. Set Base URL to https://app.maximalabs.tech/v1, model to mimo-v2.5-pro, and pass your MaxAI API key as Bearer auth.
Can custom services be ordered?
Yes. MaxWeb, MaxDesign, MaxAuto, and MaxTrade use a brief-first flow so scope, budget, and timeline are clear before execution.
